Fresh Peppermint Coffee

Ingredients (for 2 cups)
10 peppermint leaves
400 ml oat milk
2 espresso shot

 

Preparation

  1. Finely grind the peppermint leaves with a mortar or in a mixer.
  2. Froth the milk and mix with the peppermint.
  3. Pour peppermint latte and one espresso each into a cup.
  4. Drink warm.

 

Preparation time: 10 minutes.
