Hot Chocolate Coffee

Ingredients for two glasses (of around 300 ml)
50 g bittersweet chocolate
150 ml whole milk
50 g + 50 g cream
2 tbsp baking cocoa
1 pinch of ground tonka bean
250 ml Mövenpick Caffè Crema (whole beans)
A little backing cocoa and finely chopped dark chocolate for sprinkling

Preparation

1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Mix the milk, 50 g cream, baking cocoa and ground tonka bean in a saucepan, heat while stirring (do not boil!) and remove from the heat.

2. Gradually stir the chopped chocolate into the warm milk, allowing it to melt. In a tall mixing bowl, use the mixer to whisk 50 g cream stiff.

3. Prepare 125 ml Mövenpick Caffè Crema (whole beans) in glasses. Then add the hot chocolate. Top the Hot-Chocolate Coffee-with some of the whipped cream. If desired, sprinkle with a little cocoa and very finely chopped chocolate.

Recipe tip: You can also refine your hot chocolate with ground vanilla instead of tonka bean.
